Diversity Communication strategy

LIN applies a diversity communication strategy in public relations and within our organisation. We contribute to knowledge sharing and dissemination, dialogue, and trust-building with ethnic minorities in Norway. We advocate for the interests of our members by emphasising diversity in our communication in the public debate around social integration.

Rabia is our general manager. She has good insight into how organisations and communicators should conduct communication centred around diversity and inclusivity.
